本人简介:

20106月毕业于东北农业大学动物医学院动物药学专业,获农学学士学位;

20146月毕业于东北农业大学动物医学院预防兽医专业,获农学硕士学位;

20186月毕业于吉林大学动物医学院预防兽医专业,获农学博士学位;

20187月至今,在威廉希尔体育工作。

董井泉,中共党员,博士研究生,威廉希尔体育硕士生导师,参加国家973计划项目,主持江苏省科技厅面上项目。主要从事微生物感染与天然免疫研究、免疫药理学与信号转导通路研究、生态毒理与公共卫生学研究、等温扩增的体外诊断技术及基于CRISPR/Cas9的基因编辑技术的研究,发表SCI学术论文累计影响因子120.21。曾获“第三届中国创新挑战赛(连云港)”优胜奖和江苏省科技副总。

课程教学:

体外诊断技术、现代制药工艺学、分子免疫学、分子病毒学

主要研究方向介绍:

1)微生物感染与天然免疫研究。主要包括常见海洋微生物、食品微生物等造成哺乳动物免疫损伤,解析损伤机制,为组织损伤的免疫学防治提供策略。

2)免疫药理学与信号转导通路研究。主要包括天然结构化合物(中药单体)对先天免疫信号转导的调控机制研究,筛选药物靶点、解析药理学机制,为重要疾病防治提供候选药物。

3)生态毒理与公共卫生学研究。主要包括环境主要环境中农药残留、抗寄生虫药等造成水生动物及哺乳动物营养代谢障碍、组织免疫损伤及免疫学防治研究。

4) 等温扩增的体外诊断技术及基于CRISPR/Cas9的基因编辑技术。主要包括基于RPA技术的重要病原微生物诊断和基于CRISPR/Cas9的基因编辑技术解析重要病原微生物致病机制的研究。
