【学术成绩】

刘彬:教授,江苏省杰青,江苏特聘教授,威廉希尔体育副经理,江苏省海洋药物活性分子筛选重点实验室副主任。他长期专注于研究蛋白质稳态,特别是蛋白质泛素化降解在肿瘤、代谢性疾病和靶向蛋白质降解小分子药物(分子胶水)中的分子机制和生物功能。近五年来,刘彬博士主持(含共同)国家自然科学基金项目5项,省部级项目4项, 在CellNature Communications, Journal of Clinic InvestigationProc Natl Acad Sci U S ACell Death & DifferentiationNucleic Acids ResearchDiabetes (x3)Cell Death & Disease (x3) 以及Cancer Letters等国际主流学术期刊上发表高影响力SCI论文40余篇,他引    1300余次。

主要研究方向介绍:

1. 长期从蛋白质翻译后修饰,特别是蛋白质泛素化降解相关调控酶(泛素E3连接酶,去泛素化酶等)在肿瘤和重大代谢性疾病中的机制和功能。

2. 采取另辟蹊径的高通量药物筛选方式,利用高内涵化合物库,系统性筛选靶向蛋白质降解的小分子药物。

3. 通过高通量定量基因/蛋白质组学技术结合结构生物学以及生物信息学/分子生物学/细胞生物学/实验动物学等技术,系统性阐明靶向蛋白质降解小分子的药理机制。
